Positive: Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. Even though the hotel was right downtown with lots of one-way streets, the staff made it easy to navigate.
Negative: There was a man sleeping on the sidewalk right by the entrance to the hotel. I am sure he meant no harm, but it doesn’t look good for the hotel.
Summary: Our stay was comfortable and quiet!

Positive: Great location next to Ithaca Commons. The pool and hot tub were nice. Free parking. Restaurants and delis accessible from the lobby - very convenient.
Negative: The pool deck was dirty. Bathroom fan in our room didn’t work. The alarm clock in the room was 10 minutes slow and could not be adjusted. The parking was across the street in a multi -level parking garage, while we were expecting to just pull into a big parking lot behind the hotel. It would have been helpful to have directions to the garage.

Positive: Duane and the night clerk were very nice. The woman who checked us in was a doll.
Negative: There was a strange mildewy odor in the room. Subtle, not unbearable, but there. Room was spotless, so it weird. The pool was closed when we were there. That spoiled some exercise plans I had.
